Minimum Educational Qualification
Graduate in Law from any recognized university.

BPSC APO Recruitment: Selection Procedure
The selection process comprises of 3 stages: Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam and interview.
1. Preliminary Exam Pattern

- The examination paper will contain questions with multiple choices for the answers.
- For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.

Interview
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the Online Main examination of BPSC APO 2020 will subsequently be called for an Interview. The total marks allotted for Interview are 100.
The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Main Examination of Bihar APO and Interview.

- Click on the link “Apply online for Assistant Prosecution Officer Competitive Examination (Advt. No. 01/2020)”.
- Click on New Registration and fill all the details. Last Date for Online Registration is 21.02.2020
- Fill the basic details as required in Online Application form.
- Online Fee Payment Link will be made available next day of Registration process.
- Pay the Application fees Online by using Debit or Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets.
- Last date for Online fee payment is 26.02.2020.
- Online Application Link will be made available next day of Fee deposition.
- Upload the Latest Photograph and Signature as per the desired specifications.
- Fill the Application form carefully and click on Submit.
- Last Date to fill online application form is 06.03.2020.
- Take the printout of Application form for future reference.
