DRDO MTS: Pay Scale
Recruited candidates will get Pay of Level-1 (Rs 18000-56900) as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix as per Govt. of India rules and other benefits include dearness allowance, house rent allowance, transport allowance, children education allowance, leave travel concession, medical facilities, CSD facility and other allowances/advances as per extant Govt. of India rules.
DRDO MTS Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidate should have passed 10th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or Industrial Training Institute (ITI) pass.
Those awaiting results of the final examination as on crucial date of eligibility for the prescribed qualification are not eligible and hence should not apply.
Age Limit as on 23.01.2020
Candidate must be between 18 and 25 Years of age
Relaxation will be given for SC/ST/OBCNCL/ESM/PWD/WIDOWS/ Divorced Women/ Women judicially separated from their husbands who are not remarried, Central Govt Civilian Employees, Disabled Defence Services Personnel, Persons Domiciled In J&K State during the period from 01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989 as per extant Govt. of India rules.

DRDO MTS Recruitment: Selection Procedure
- The selection process will consist of Tier–I (Screening) and Tier-II (Final Selection) Examinations.
- Tier-I and Tier-II will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode
- The Tier-I and Tier-II will consist of objective type-multiple choice questions only.
- There will be no negative marking for wrong answer.
- The medium for examination will be Hindi and English.
- Tier-I examination is for screening and Tier-II is for final selection.

- All candidates must apply online through the link DRDO Recruitment [CEPTAM Notice Board] available on DRDO website (https://www.drdo.gov.in).
- Firstly, the candidate must register online by filling up the basic details. After successful registration, the candidate will get a user Id & password (note it down & keep safely), which will be used to login for filling of application
- The candidate must fill their name, date of birth, father’s name & mother’s name as given in matriculation/secondary/ITI examination certificate.
- Candidates should have their own mobile number and valid & active personal email id.
- Upload the required documents like: 10th/ITI Certificate, Scanned copy of Photograph and signature, etc.
- Pay the Examination fee online.
- Submit the application form and take the printout for future references.

DRDO MTS 2020: Nature of Duties
- Physical maintenance of records of the section
- Document binding
- General cleanliness & upkeep of the section/unit
- Carrying of files & other papers within the building
- Photocopying, sending of Fax etc.
- Other non-clerical work in the section/unit
- Assisting in routine office work like diary, dispatch etc. including on computer
- Delivering of dak (outside the building)
- Opening & closing of rooms
- Cleaning of rooms/building, fixtures etc.
- Dusting of furniture etc.
- Assistance at shop floor
- Assistance in testing of material
- Assistance in science labs, cleaning of lab equipment and glassware
- Assistance in pathology/physiotherapy/nursing
- Assistance in departmental/wet canteens
- Driving of vehicle, if in possession of valid driving licence
- Upkeep of parks, lawns, potted plants, horticulture etc.
- Handing of stores, chemicals and equipment
- Upkeep of workshop/labs/estts.
