- To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, • Contact details and Email-id.
- A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
- Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the same will also be sent.
- Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online
- Upload the Latest Photograph and Signature as per the desired specifications.

- Selection for the post of Clerk will be on the basis of marks obtained in the online test(main) and Socio-Economic Criteria
- Selection for the post of Junior Accountant and Senior Accountant shall be on the basis of marks obtained in the online test and Socio-Economic Criteria.
- Selection for the post of Assistant Manager/Development Officer shall be on the basis of marks obtained in the online test and Interview.

Socio-Economic criteria and experience (10 marks) for the post of Clerk, Junior Accountant and Senior Accountant:
The marks for socio-economic criteria and experience shall be allocated as follows:
- if neither the applicant nor any person from among the applicant’s family viz father, mother, spouse, brother, and Son is, was or has been a regular employee in any Department/Board/ Corporation/Company/StatutoryBody/Commission/Authority of Government of Haryana or any other State Government or Government of India
(5 marks) - if the applicant is:-
- a widow; or
- The first or the second child and his father had died before attaining the age of 42 years: or
- The first or the second child and his father had died before the applicant had attained the age of 15 years,”.

- If the applicant belongs to such a denotified tribe (Vimukt Jatis and Tapriwas Jatis) or Nomadic tribe of the State of Haryana which is neither a Scheduled Caste nor a Backward Class. (5 marks)
- Experience: One-half(=0.5) mark for each year or part thereof exceeding six month of experience, out of a maximum of sixteen years, on the same or a higher post in any Department/Board/Corporation/Company/Statutory Body/Commission/Authority of Government of Haryana. No marks shall be awarded for any period less than six months. (A maximum of 8 marks)
Note:- No applicant shall be given more than 10 marks for socio economic criteria and experience under any circumstances.
Interview (10 Marks) for the post of Assistant Manager/Development Officer
Ten (10) marks will be for interview for the post of Assistant Manager/Development officer. On the basis of merit list in online examination conducted by IBPS. Interview shall be conducted by a Committee constitute of the eligible candidates and three times of the vacancy(ies) advertised, shall be called for interview.
Probation Period
Probation period shall be of 2 years extendable by one year and confirmation shall be only on successful completion of probation period.
