NABARD Recruitment for office attendant: Eligibility Critera
Education Qualification as on 01.12.2019
A candidate should have passed 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from the concerned State/UT coming under the State/Regional Office to which he/she is applying.
In addition to the above, the candidate should be a domicile of the State/UT coming under the Regional Jurisdiction of the Regional Office to which he/she is applying for. Bank reserves the right to call for any valid document in support of domicile status of the candidate
Candidates possessing Graduation and higher qualification are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit as on 01.12.2019
The candidate must be between 18 and 30 years of age as on 01/12/2019, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/12/1989 and not later than 01/12/2001 (both days inclusive)

- The online test/s except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
- Candidates will have to pass in each of the objective tests of the online examinations
- A candidate has to qualify in Preliminary Examination for appearing in Main Examination.
- There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests (Preliminary and Main examination). 1/4th marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- LPT is qualifying in nature and the final selection will only be based on performance in on-line examination.
- Those who qualify for selection and produce 10th & 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate indicating the official language as one of the subjects will not be subjected to any Language test.

- Candidates may go to the NABARD’s website www.nabard.org– career notices click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen.
- To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
- Now Log in to the application form and fill all the required details.
- Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON.
- Upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature.

Pay Scale for Officers in Grade ‘A’
Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28150/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)–46600–EB-1750(4)-53600- 2000(1)-55600 applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’ and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 62,600/-.
