UPPCL Personnel Officer Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Knowledge of Hindi language in Devanagari.
- Graduate Degree from any government recognized institution
- 2 years of Post Graduate Degree/ PG Diploma in Human Resources / Human Resources and Personnel Management.
Experiences
Minimum 1 year of experience is essential.
Age limit as on 01.07.2019
Min. Age– 21 years
Max. Age – 40 years
Relaxation on age will be given as per govt. Rules.

UPPCL Recruitment for Personnel Officer: Selection Procedure
- Selection will be done in two stages: 1. Written Examination(Objective Type) and 2. Personal Interview
- Written Examination will consist of 200 (multiple choices) questions and carrying a maximum of 200 marks
- Candidates will have to secure minimum 30% Marks in the written exam.
- The written test will be conducted in Lucknow, Meerut and Agra.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview Round(25 Marks).
Pay Scale:
As per 7th Pay commission {Pay Matrix level-10; Rs. 56,100/- Rs. 177,500}. Dearness and other allowances admissible as per rules of UPPCL.
